Problems with caching in IE and SSL

I want to request IE to cache a page resource along with its graphics over an SSL connection. The main reason is so that when the user pushes the the back button, they don’t see the classic “Waring: Page has expired” notice.

This, of course, works in Gecko browsers, but not IE. I’m using PHP’s header() routine in combination with the ini_set() routine for this.

Any Ideas?

@bokehJan 10.2006 — The "Warning: Page has expired" notice is shown after the browser has transfered post data to the server. Having a landing page normally sorts this out.

@ElvisLivesauthorJan 11.2006 — Yeah I know. The processing page and a redirect is great, but I can't do it that way. Thanks for the advice though. It is nice to see that others understand that GET is for getting and POST is for posting.
