Comment for section

I would like to put comment and hide on whole section of web site.
Problem is that there is inside comment already.

E.g.

How to put comment and hide whole section even there is already comment
like <!– Insert text->?

@FangJan 09.2006 — Comments can not be nested so that requires commenting before and after the existing comments

An alternative is to use [I]style="display:none;"[/I] on the table
