Scrolling/Floating Menu using CSS

Is it possible to use CSS, with out the javascript, to have a menu float, scroll, down the page when the user scrolls? Or am I asking to much of CSS? ?

Thanks!

@DonnaLPauthorJan 03.2006 — What is the standard CSS to do something like that. Right now I don't care if it works in IE, I just want to know what the code would be.

Thanks!
