Any place for a good JS ref e-book

OK so I liked the official reference book on Netscape.com but I would like to see it in a Help-file type format (like a .chm or .hlp) anybody knows if it is availabe anywhere or is there a software that does it all in a zap provided you have the docs zipped in an archive.

@pratik_learnerauthorDec 30.2005 — yeah! thanks 4 what u've done but i'd like something(non-html) which can be used offline. coz it is easier to use and has inbuilt search e.g. the PHP manual and also the MySQL manual (pretty cool both of em). Thanks anyways

This book has been a life saver.

Here's a link on Bookpool.com: http://www.bookpool.com/sm/0596003161

If there was an e-book for this, I would certainly buy it so that I always have it accessible.
