Frames or inline frames or tables or copy and paste???

Well, this is my problem.

I was having a site that using frames,
The page consists of three frames, on the top the banner and logo frame, then a small frame for an upper menu, then the body frame which will contain any sub page the user will open.

then i decided to use tables insted of frames, so i designed a home page with tables instead of frames, top cell contain the banner and logo, then a cell containing the upper menu, the a body cell, that contain a side menu and some information, then a bottom cell contain some links,,

but the problem is, the site contain large number of pages, that designed to be displayed in a frame in the previous design, so they all are such a blank page with some text.

now, am i supposed to edit all this large number of pages, and insert the table code that i made in the home page, to make all page have a banner part and links at the bottom as the home page.??

also i don’t want to use inline frames, because the pages have different sizes so it will need a scroll in the inline frame, and i don’t want that.

so my questions is:

1) is there any way to make any link in the home page open in a cell of the table in same page.

2) is there a way to make an expandable inline frame that expandes to take the size of the page that it contains.

and if no answer for the two questions, there is my third:

3) is there a way to insert or edit the site pages easy and quickly to make them like the home page? because i was thinking for copying and paste each page in the cell, and then saving the page, but that will need a lot of time.

thanks.
