Need chatroom software.

I need chatroom software for a website I’m working on.
I’ve search high and low and can’t find anything decent.

I’ve not found anything of the same quality as the PHP bulletin boards for example.

One requirement I do have is the allow users to upload their own pictures.
(This isn’t essential though.)

I’m looking for something that is easy to install and easy to customise the look and feel of.

Chatroom.

For a forum, I'll just use PHPBB.

But anyway, it would be an hour project (tops) in Flash if you were to write one from scratch.
