Is this CSS?

I’m doing a site for my band and the other guys in my band want access (login access) into the news and gigs section so they can update it too, and they know nothing about coding at all so using a login would be helpful. I asked someone and they said this can be done using CSS but I wasnt sure. Can anyone link me to either a relevant tutorial or some coding?

@CyCoDec 17.2005 — I believe you mean "CMS" (Content Management System). Either do a search in these forums or Google. There are literally hundreds of possibilities.
