Need suggestions.

A client of ours is wanting to create a section for their site where their staff can create profiles of agents within the company. I’m assuming this is needed to be done within php somehow, but any suggestions? or know of any scripts that are pre-written that could fit their needs?

Then you will most probably have an authentication script, an input form and a profile page to see the profile of an individual.
