Navigation Menu Problem

? Hello everybody I have a question. I been using a template but have a question on how to make it so that this Navigation Menu in my website be space out equally with in the webpage page. Basiclly I want to take the Navigation Menu from the hotblue template and put it in the webpage I go going. I copy pasted and missed with the code but don’t know it’s the CSS or the HTML code itself. I do know both codes. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

How would you say about codeing it all in CSS? Would that work more better?
