The history of CSS

Hi…

Are there any good sites that discuss the history of CSS? Maybe not from a technical point of view, but a more casual perspective of the people and events surrounding CSSs emergence.

Seems like that might be an interesting story – the causes, the innovation, the battles, the microsoft, etc.

Any suggestions?
