Google analytics prob.

Hello, i have one doubt regarding the Google Analytics tool.

Here is the doubt:

I have created one website profile (http://www.beedigital.net ) and stick the javascript in my (http://www.beedigital.net/index.html ) file.

So far so good, the doubt is that i have a blog at (http://www.beedigital.net/blog ) and so i have created a filter at analytics to give the stats of this directory separated… My question is: Do i have to stick the same javascript code at my (http://www.beedigital.net/blog/index.php ) file too?

i have my account at Analytics at maybe two weeks and no results until now. Is this normal? Shouldn´t my stats appear by now?

Thanks.

@gimbrasNov 26.2005 — You have to place the code in each page you wish to analyse. You have to create different profiles for every new page created because each page will have a different javascript code.

It usually takes some time until the stats appear, but they only appear if you've placed the code the right way: after <head> and <meta> tags and before </head>, otherwise it won't work at all.

If your blog uses some kind of PHP template and when you edit your index.php page you don't see where the <head> and <meta> tags are, you'll have to go the index template and paste the code there in the right place.
