Href & Onclick for search engines

Hi,

I am working on a site that will be using Ajax heavily by utilizing partial page loads. Basically, all links will be something like:
<a href=”” onlick=”loadPartialPage(‘/function_partial.php’)”>Load Content</a>

The problem I am having here is about search engine crawlers. If I use this all over the place, search engines won’t crawl my page at all. So, is it possible to use something like:

<a href=”/function_fullpage.php” onlick=”loadPartialPage(‘/function_partial.php’)”>Load Content</a>

I would like to have the browser load /function_partial.php and discard function_fullpage.php. And, when search engine parses the page, it will only load function_fullpage.php

Is this possible?

Thanks…
