How can I make a Cross (silver-light) with a golden ring going around it sideways with different links within it?

and

How do I make a drop-down menu like the menu bar? I need one like the one at this page… -> [url]www.washoe.k12.nv.us[/url]

I need these so I can complete my web page.

If none of these are to your liking, then do a search and you'll find plenty of free menu scripts elsewhere.
