Talk to your provider!

@toicontienNov 17.2005 — EDIT: BAH! Fang beat me to it ?

But yeah. I saved your HTML and CSS to my local hard drive, which converted the HTML file to ISO 8859-1. The CSS file was recognized by Firefox when previewing my local, ISO 8859-1 version of your page.

@FangNov 17.2005 — Do you have a .htaccess file on the server?

@ridilloauthorNov 17.2005 — Ok I think that the problem is that I've write the code with Windows Notepad and I've saved the file in UNICODE ... ( cause with thw default ANSI the validator don't recognize aphostrophes and accent ...) now I've tried to save it in UTF-8 but caracters are wrong and there is a line with this letteres " " ... and accents etc are not showed in the right way ...

@FangNov 17.2005 — Save as ANSI and convert any special characters to entities

Or pick-up the free editor HTML-Kit which has the entity converter available as a plug-in .
