What i really want to do is to run a server side function from a java script without opening a new window. This has some real application in collecting user data without tripping googles popup ban.
@KravvitzNov 17.2005 — #Google doesn't have the only popup blocker... I wouldn't call it a ban. Popup blockers are the result of advertisers abusing a feature to do obtrusive/annoying advertising.
