Need php script help

I need help in building a script in php using mysql database for upgrading local server with remote server databases.

I require do download database from a remote server and upgrade my local server with the upgraded database, I need to fully automate this on time interval based- like every 4 hrs or every day 10am in the morning. Probably I need to run this script from my local server connected online and do this process. Can anyone help?…

@bokehNov 10.2005 — #1) You will need to be able to gain access to the remote database which may not be allowed.

2) This is not a job for PHP. You could set it up as a UNIX cron job.
