Rollover list link to change body image

Hello –

I would like to create an effect simmilar to this site: [URL=http://www.destinedtodesign.com/gallery/]http://www.destinedtodesign.com/gallery/[/URL]

However, I have a css list without images. I want a user to rollover one of the list links and the image in the center of the page will change accordingly.

I know this involves css and javascript. Thanks!
