College Student needs help

hey i am a sophmore in college working on a scripting final project and am having trouble with my code . i want to validate the information inside the form at the same time going to another page. the code below keeps giving me erros, i wanted to know if anyone could give me come constructive critism. i’m new and learning so don’t be too harsh on me. i appreciate all help
