Newbie: Adding a scrollbar to a photoshop slice.

Hi, I am a newbie and have created a site designed through Photoshop/ImageReady. I was wondering if there was a way to add a scrollbar to one of the slices on my page. Is a slice the same as a frame? Any help would be appreciated.

This is where I would be adding it to.
