Post Back script needed

OK- I am going to do my best to describe what I am trying to accomplish: We are trying to develop a service to offer our real estate clients, where we can provide on a pay per view basis using streaming video various seminars. OK-for the video streaming service I am going to use this company-www.mytalkback.com they provide an easy to use interface that allows me to create the presentations and it provides me a LINK (URL) so, as far as the payment processing I have another service I found called [url]www.safpay.com[/url] they do the CC process and have a field called POST BACK URL which says I can place a url in and if the card is succesful they will send the order thru to that URL, so I guess that is where a script needs to be found that provides this user with a user name and password and the link. HEReS the thing I need to protect that link from being redributed to p eople who have not paid. MYTALKBACK doesnt do that so I must. Is there anyway do handle that?
