AAAHH!Please help!I have an idea for a script but I don’t have the skill!!

Hi, i need a decent password protection system for my site. All the scripts i tried can be easily hacked. But i was wondering, if i know the members ip, then it is possible to create a script which only allows those ip address’s in? ? rite?Or am i wrong.

like no access to any file? or a kind of login system?

You can do a pretty secure one in any server-side language
