Help with Frames please

I am very confused about this. I am trying to add frames to my site but nonetheless I am having problems doing so. Angelfire is my host and I cannot find anything to help me with this. I want to add links to my main page for all the stuff that is on my main page. If anyone knows what I cna do please let me know. Thanks!!! ?
