Register Fourm /Java or HTML

I cann’t find the java or HTML scripting I need if someone could write it for me I would gladly preciate it.

What I need is a place where people can register the following.

Name
Mailing Address
Email

After they register I would like to have it update a page where they can see they are registered and only their name is displayed. So that other people cann’t see there mailing address or email.

A counter would be nice too of how many people have signed up. 🙂

Thanks if anyone can do this in HTML or Java thanks!

@saulssOct 27.2005 — you would need some sort of server side language to do that ? (something like php i believe)
