Hi,
I’ve given up trying to keep my page structured with tables…it was messy, messed, and contained aobut a thousand breaks before I discovered clear=”all”. now my personal challenge is frames. I’m reconstructing my site using frames so I only have to update the heading once, not 10 times every time I want to add/change a linked files.
ok, basicly, I’ve hit a snag. everything seemed fine and dandy–got a good fixed height for my header and footer frames (im ghetto…what do you expect?), but then there’s the body of the page. this is the ugly part. I cannot get my page to expand beyond the borders of my explorer window. I’m running IE 6 on both my main computer and my older collection of spyware.
if i set my center height to more than about 200, then it smashes my header and footer and well, that just aint cool. is there a way that I could make it so that the center frame is larger than it currently is and is there a way to let my page scroll in the window? I’m short on time right now but i’ll upload my index page a little later…though it is only about half done and none of the links working yet.
ps, as it is, its ugly and inefective to have such a small frame for the body of my website. minkis needs bigger. size does matter.
