How do i call a php file?

Greetings

I’m totally new to PHP, and i would like to ask what is the code to insert to call a php
file? I have a news feed that i need called, but don’t know any thing about php, only
html. The news feed site gives me this to call it:

<?include(“http://feed.thenews.com/MyPokerFeed.aspx?”.$_SERVER[“QUERY_STRING”])?>

Use the following url to call the file : yourfilename.php?feedID=318

So can someone tell me what do i need to insert in a completely empty php file?
Remember that i don’t know anything about php. Thanks so much if someone
