Help with scripting navigation!

Hey people! how you all doing?
I got this site to do rite, but it’s big, so to minimize on scrolling and to do somthing different, i was wondering if there’s anyway i could make my navigation apear(maybe in a layer) when i right click. I;d also really like it that the menu appears at the point where the cursor is. I know how to go about it, just dont have enough javascript no how to do it!

Thanks for your time! please help me out if you can!
