I want to convert my current site to css however i am unsure of how to get my rollover navigation the same as it is currently. Could someone please explain how i create rollovers wth css or please direct me to a tutorial that explains how to.

Edit: a solution would be to have the arrow integrated to the background and have 2 different background files
