@SheldonOct 19.2005 — Well i dont think anyone has the time to write the whole code for you, thats asking a bit much.

Your form is pointing to another file mailer.php

If you have that page post the code for it and then maybe we might be able to help you customize it.

@SheldonOct 19.2005 — Also you need to do some sort of validation on the form with either PHP or JS becasue you have marked feilds as required but we can/did (sorry a few times) submit a blank form.

But by the looks of it you have a mailer.php script so if you are not getting the emails then it proberly just needs some tweeking
