How can I create a movable as well as resizable html component using javascript

Hi,
I am facing a problem in designing a html form. My requirement is to design a html form with textfield, listbox, textarea etc. with the facilities so that each of the components are resizable as well as movable using [FONT=Arial][COLOR=Navy]javascript[/COLOR]. [/FONT]
Can anybody help me this.
