which mac os 9 browser for modern css?

which mac os 9 browser works best when it comes to modern css? in other words: which browser would you recommend if one has to stick with mac os 9?

i have to get a mate away from using crappy ie/mac :p

[url=http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.2.1/]Mozilla 1.2.1[/url] is probably the best browser for Mac OS 9. For comparison, 1.7.12 is the latest stable release of Mozilla and 1.8 is in beta testing.
