Well you might have to change the billing information also!

The actual process of selling a domain name depends on the domain extension, is it a .com or .co.uk for example? The process is very different for these.
@DomainLeasesUKNov 24.2005 — #I would not recommend auction sites to sell domain names, they usually don't have the appropriate market. I've just listed some names on Ebay, none of them sold and I ended up paying high listing fees instead. After discussing this with other Ebay members most people agreed it was the wrong place to try and sell domain names at.
In my opinion it's best to use Domain Name related forums (at least you can target the right people, and advertising's free) OR a Domain Name Reseller website. I dont recommend Sedo though, as they are well known for over-valuing names and charging high fees. I know, I've been there. They overvalue your name to get a fatter commission, and you end up losing a lot of potential buyers. I've had domain names listed on Sedo for YEARS and I'm still waiting for a sale...
