how would i link text to another location on the same page ?

ie: table of contents elements link to upper, middle, or lower part of the same page.

@SoundSev3nauthorOct 08.2005 — if what im trying to do isnt clear enough, another example would be if i had a report on a web bage, and i wanted a link to bring the 12th of 15 paragraphs to the top of the page...

any clearer ?
