MAC designer needs quick WIN check

I’m wondering if the newest version of IE is getting the same absolute positioning differences as my IE (5.2).

check this page:

and let me know if the length of the contents of the frame on the right side is making scrollbars appear.

also – is the background of the right side transparent or white?
