Stop users from accessing a page

Hi everyone
I have a webpage that could be picked-up by spiders, bots and I dont want people viewing this page unless they have gone thought another page first.
So say for example I have form.php, I want the user to access this webpage by clicking a link on contents.php.
If they type the address www.mysite.com/form.php …they will get an error because they’ve tried going directly to that page.
Is there a way of making sure they’ve clicked the link?
thanks 🙂
