Onsubmit submit to another parent frame!?

This is what I use to update the url in a parent frame.

<a href=”moneon_sml.php” onClick=”parent.big_frame.location=’moveon_big.php'”>Click Here</a>

First you will see that the page itself goes to another url, and a frame that inserted in a parent frame is also activated.

“big_frame” is the name for another small iframe within the parent page.

What my question is, how do I do this with a form button?

<form name=”video_player” target=”target?” form action=”moveon_big.php” method=”post” enctype=”multipart/form-data”>

How do I get the “moveon_big.php” to activate within the parent iframe called “big_frame”?
