banner with a link…

well, im trying to make this banner: [IMG]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a274/MOH2468/darkmasterlogo.jpg[/IMG]
into a clickable link and add it into my signature for a forum. i did this code.

and all that does is <A HREF=”http://www.htmlgoodies.com”>[IMG]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a274/MOH2468/darkmasterlogo.jpg[/IMG]</A>… please help?
note: in the forum it shows up as a pic, not a link. but i want the picture to be clickable…know what i mean?
