space in FF, bad padding in IE :(

hi guys ?

I can’t get this one solved:
[url]http://test.bobbysmiles.com/test10.htm[/url]

in FF there is some space above the footer div. In IE the text in the footer isn’t correct.
What would be the best solution to solve this?
