Help needed – javascript re-sizing

I really don’t know much about anything but I know I need some assistance.

I’m using dticker, a news ticker type of thing and it fits my pages fine at home. Recently I checked my site at work on a slightly smaller screen and all the site resized to fit except this item which ended up badly over lapping other stuff.

This is the code for the item:

<div id=”Layer3″ style=”position:absolute; width:779px; height:17px; z-index:2; left: 0px; top: 114px;”>
<iframe id=”latestifrm” name=”latestifrm” width=800 height=”20″ src=”/resources/javascript/latest_dt.html” SCROLLING=”no” FRAMEBORDER=”0″ border=0></iframe></div>

I am not fussed whether it’s in a layer or not but I would like it to resize like the rest of the stuff so it looks right no matter what size monitor it’s viewed on.

If you can help then be gentle, all replies in idiot proof english please.
