Updated Time Zones – DST

Dear All,

We got a world time map in our website divided by time zones, but we don’t know how to make it automatically update summertime in different countries.
For example: I am in Brazil now and I want to access Terralingua’s web site to know the time in the U.S.A, right?
but as U.S.A is in DST it has got to be different from the other countries in the same time zone. One more problem: The countries do not keep the same year date to change local time to DST, it changes sometimes.

Do you know how to do that? Can you teach how to do that?
