drop-down menu help

Hey,

I have a problem with my SQL-Server based .asp form. I have a drop-down menu that lists companies described within my database. I want the user to be able to select one of the companies, and to have a text box or some other entity then be populated by the corresponding company personnel’s name automatically. Is there anyway to do this? Any type of sample code would be much appreciated.
