Auto Thumbnail

Hey guys!

I have a free webspace but I didn’t know where to put the thumb.db……/public_html ??

where do we put the Thumb.db in order to allow the auto thumbnail of pictures? I’m using frontpage for the moment… Where should we upload the thumb.db in order to show the picture properly? In what particular folder? Thanks.

@FangSep 15.2005 — Only the app. that made the file can open it. You are probably wasting your time trying to use it on the web.

@criticalxauthorSep 15.2005 — I tried to ftp the filename.html to my website, its works fine when I clicked the auto thumbnail. blah blah... just check out my website, its hard to explain... @FangSep 15.2005 — Some of the images are not being loaded, possibly because the names are not correct; upper/lower case of file names is important.

I checked the filenames they have the same uppper/lower case... when I used the auto thumb feature of frontpage, it generated a "thumb.db" I wonder where to place this? At the folder where my pictures are? or at the cgi-bin? Thanks.

@FangSep 15.2005 — thumb.db is a file that Frontpage reads. It is not the image thumbnails for the site.
