Dreamweaver and hosting

Please excuse what may be an easy question but I am new to website design.

I am using Dreamweaver MX 2004 to create my site and wondered if this is compatible with most hosts.

During my searching I have found many of them mention FrontPage Express support but have never seen anything about Dreamweaver. It may be because Dreamweaver doesnt require any kind of special extensions etc but as I say I am new to this and thought it best to ask.

@bluntedbynatureSep 14.2005 — dreamweaver is just a program. it has nothing to do with the hosts, front page on the other hand if you have front page extentions on your server you can edit from anywhere and stuff like that. but front page is bad, so yes your dreamweaver is able to work with every host. =)
