I want to develop a site ,in which client give instruction to the server to swicht of the light how it possible and which technology is usd in java

Areyou saying that you want to make a system where you can control your home appliances/light fixtures etc?

If so then you will have to resort to C/C++, because Java is not very friendly whenit comes to communicate with the hardware. Or you can use a mix of C/C++(jni) and Java...
