Cookie with 2 variables

i need a litle help with a cookie to my website.

first situation (first visit):

A prompt window ask for Name and Sex and then when he/she enter in the site see … hi (name) you are a (sex)

second visit:

hi (name) you are a (sex) its that? enter here if yes or enter here if not.

could someone help me with that please?
