another question

as i continue to learn more about css, i was wondering what approach you might suggest when dealing with large amounts of information in columns.

such as any of these pages …

http://www.madisonsoccercentral.com/college/uwmen/big10stand.html

http://www.madisonsoccercentral.com/prepboys/BigEight/2004/besl.html

am i best served by continuing to produce the information in a spreadsheet and have it outputted in tables, or is there a way to use css with it?

thanks again.

@NogDogSep 12.2005 — Tables are semantically correct for data that are logically organized in rows with column headings, so it is perfectly correct to put the "standings" parts of those pages into HTML tables. Note that putting them in tables does not mean CSS cannot/should not be used; see http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/tables.html for ways to visually control tables with CSS.
