Scroll the contents in a frame, through buttons from another frame

Hi. I’ve been trying to acomplish a thing for a while now… And for a few days I found an example of what it is I want to do.

Take a look at this site: [url]http://www.chapter3.net/portfolio/indexset.html[/url]

Just above the bottomframe with the text, there are 2 arrows, one left and one right.

These arrows are in a seperate frame than the text. At least I think.

So, can anyone tell me how to make this scroller? I would really appreciate it!
