Help, I can’t view my favorite website

Let me start out by saying I am way out of my league here and know little about computers. I’m not sure If I’m even in the right spot. If not please point me in the right direction. But any help you could provide to someone as computer illeterate as me would be appreciated.

I use a public computer that uses windows XP. I have a site that I go to often that gives you a 15 day trial membership. We’ll needless to say when my membership would expire I would just sign up for a new trial membership with a new email addy. (ok, I know I’m bad) I did this for about a year. Needless to say one day out of no where I could get to the website but where I would enter my user name and password were invisible. (so I can’t use the site, I am basically blocked). The site willl work fine on other computers so I know its up and running.

At the top of the page where it usually just says the websites name. It now reads:

the websites name then: <br/></b>: mysqul_fetch_array() supplied argument is not a valid

I figured somehow the website blocked me. When I emailed the website and told them I would gladly pay for a membership they said that my problem isn’t from them. They had nothing to do with me being blocked. My question is what happened? I can only think of three possibilities:

a) they blocked me and their lying
b) someone wrote a program on my end and blocked me
c) I have some setting wrong in my computer and blocked myself

I guess what I’m asking is how do I get around this problem and get back to viewing the website. I really miss it. Any information that will help me know what went on and what I can do to get around it in simple terms is appreciated.
Thanks for your time and help in advance.

@SpectreReturnsSep 10.2005 — If you're logged in when you get that error, it means that their database entry for you is corrupt.

If you aren't, it means the site has been scripted badly.

----Disproving your thoughts----

1) If you were blocked, (usually) you would not be allowed to even view the site.

2) Unless you have PHP installed on your computer, none can be run from your computer. Also, a well designed webserver will NOT allow incoming scripts.

3) See #1

I would suggest that you make a new account and try again.
