setting the onMouseOver

How would you set the onmouseover event in javascript? I can do it in the HTML of a page, but I want to have something in a script that will change this event.

@Sup3rkirbyauthorAug 27.2005 — Thank you Charles.

So when changing an event's action(such as onmouseover or onmouseout or onclick), you have to have Object.TheEvent = function () { TheNewAction}; right?
