JavaScript Window with specific coordinates?

I was on Black-Goat.com and wanted to check out some Slipknot lyrics, and when I chose which song I wanted, It opened a Javascript window with some kind of coordinates to a specific spot on the page. How do I do this?
Example

I want to be able to make a javascript window pop-up at a specific spot on the window.

Note: I am a NOOB at this. ?
