Help with Javascript "Drag and Scroll"

I have implemeted the code from the following link and it works just like does in the sample….
[url]http://javascript.internet.com/page-details/grab-and-scroll-page.html[/url]

To me it seems this script does not respond correctly when you try to scroll the page using the scroll bars. It always jumps back to where it was previously.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions to get the scroll to actually stay where you scroll to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated……

Here is link to the site I am implenting using the code. The behavior with the scrollbars is the same as I mentioned above

On my site I have not implemted all the functions until I find out if I can fix the scroll bar issue
